Laura came out to give us a valuation and promptly returned to take photo’s on our request. She was really efficient, friendly and made us feel as ease with the process. We appreciated that we were asked for our views and opinions of this before it was put out for other people to view. Nya Morse at Hattons has done an excellent job of processing the sale of our house. The house sold very quickly thanks to some excellent marketing by Hattons, but due to some complications with the start of the chain, the process took longer than we expected, none of which was Hattons fault, but Nya kept us informed throughout the whole process and dealt efficiently with any issues that came up and never complained, even though I probably got a bit grumpy at times. I would thoroughly recommend Hattons and Nya if you are thinking of selling your house, they did a great job for us.

This turned out to be the case, with the final sale price exceeding all expectations.
