Great experience with Hattons team, massive thank you too Mathew, Callum, Nya and Laura for a stress free and great service all around. Selling are property in Lydney, we went to them after being recommended by many and failing to secure a sale with other estate agents in the area, they gave honest advice from the start on price point and marketing, they work all hours for there customers any query’s were answered fast and direct even out of hours, they went above and beyond for me and my partner and Wudnt hesitate to use them again or recommend to anyone looking to buy or sell. The team at Hattons were fantastic from start to finish ⭐️

We sold our home through Hattons and every part of the sale was made easy by the team and their seamless approach.
Laura came out to give us a valuation and promptly returned to take photo’s on our request. She was really efficient, friendly and made us feel as ease with the process.

I was really pleased when Nya contacted us to share with us the images and video tour that had been put together to showcase our property. We appreciated that we were asked for our views and opinions of this before it was put out for other people to view. Nya was really helpful and responsive to our feedback and made sure that we were happy with everything before our property went live on the market.

After this point we were amazed with how proactive the whole team were with getting viewings for our home. It felt like they wanted to get people in our home and get us an offer (which is exactly what you want when selling your home). At no point did I feel that the team were pushy or pressured us. Having viewed properties with them, we liked their approach. Friendly and above all else, honest.

The team’s communication during viewings of our home and after we received an offer was fantastic! One of the things we really liked was that a Whatsapp group was set up for communications. We received feedback after every viewing and the team kept us updated at each stage. As a couple who both work, we found this really helpful and practical.

Matt, Callum, Nya and Laura kept us updated at each point of the sale and were also helpful and supportive in our search for another property.
